Our Processes
We’re proud to be a vertically integrated company, which means we manage every phase in-house—from growing the vines to exporting the wine.
By overseeing each stage of production, from vine to bottle, we ensure exceptional quality consistency across every batch. This vertical model also lets us adapt quickly to our clients’ needs, offering tailor‑made wines with the flexibility today’s markets demand.
Vineyard Cultivation and Selection
The quality of our wine begins in the vineyard. We own vineyards in the best areas of the Valle Cachapoal (Valle Central), where we carefully match soils and grape varieties to each site. This lets us make the most of our terroir, encouraging grapes that fully express the local climate and geography.
Harvest and Grape Preparation
Harvest is a delicate process in which grapes are handpicked to ensure only the best reach the winery. Depending on the variety and ripeness, we determine the precise moment to harvest, achieving wines with optimal concentration of flavor, color, and aroma.
Winemaking
In our winery, we combine cutting-edge technology with traditional methods to vinify our grapes. From destemming and crushing to fermentation, every step is monitored and fine-tuned by our technical team to preserve each grape’s unique character and achieve the desired wine profile.
Aging and Storage
The aging process is essential to achieving the complexity and elegance of our wines. Depending on the style, we use oak barrels that add new layers of aroma and flavor. This approach allows each wine to reach its full potential, striking a perfect balance between fruit notes and oak nuances.
Bottling and Export
The final stage is bottling, where every detail is handled to ensure the wine reaches our clients in perfect condition. As a vertically integrated company, we maintain full control over quality right up to the moment our wines are exported to international markets.
