Chardonnay
Pale yellow with green reflections. An attractive, fresh, fruity nose. Light on the palate, with gentle acidity that keeps it crisp. Ideal with oysters, chicken, and fresh cheeses.
- Harvest: Second and third week of March.
- Origin: Valle del Cachapoal, Rapel — Loreto and Las Rosas vineyards.
- Climate: Temperate Mediterranean, marked seasons, with a wide day–night temperature range during ripening.
Serving suggestion
Serve at 8 °C to highlight its fruit character. Best enjoyed within the first 2 years.
